Main Features

Formed by hard shaft upper and lower roller paths, with accurate and smooth single-curved surface, no spherical phenomenon. The uniquely designed bending section roller spacing (minimum 80mm) allows for simultaneous rotation of the upper and lower roller paths or separate drive of the lower roller, leaving no roller marks on the glass surface, with small straight edges at the arc edges and high repeat accuracy. It features automatic/manual arc adjustment, with quick and accurate arc adjustment. Capable of multi-station production, improving production efficiency, and low energy consumption.
