This equipment is suitable for grinding processing of flat glass straight edges, multi-level edges, and 45° bevel edges; rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing are completed in one process; the adjustment range for the multi-level edge angle is 0-60°; the multi-level edge grinding head is equipped with an independent cerium oxide wool wheel for polishing, which provides good polishing results; input and output guide rails use synchronous belt conveyance; the front bevel grinding head can be electrically switched between 0° and 45°, achieving the completion of multi-level edges, bottom edges, and rear 45° bevel edges in one processing, making it a cost-effective edging equipment for completing straight edges and multi-level edges in one go; it uses PLC control, allowing for parameterized setting and automatic adjustment of multi-level edge width, multi-level edge angle, remaining thickness of multi-level edges, and glass thickness. It is suitable for processing glass for aquariums, jewelry cabinets, and small width beveled edges.
